Day 11 Tower Heist

Wednesday 11 Jan 2012 - Another hot one today, so once home from work, I pretty much left again to seek air-con, dinner and a movie... in the hope that when the movie was over, it would have cooled down a bit. Not to be. Still stinking hot inside my little flat, but getting better with the doors open and the fans going strong.

The movie I saw tonight was Tower Heist, starring Ben Stiller, Eddie Murphy, Matthew Broderick and Alan Alda, among others. I liked it, there were unexpected turns and some really funny lines and scenes. My neighbour who was with me, hates heights, and she had issues with one scene shot from up high; I even had trouble with it too at one point! A good effort from the boys - 7 out of 10.

She is my pod-neighbour, and an all-knowing, go-to person at work; a very funny girl, who likes to cook masterpieces for her hubby and then take photos of the meals so we can see them and be jealous that we can't try them out. Also going through the Twilight Saga addiction we gals sometimes experience! Thanks Shikha for being my photo subject for Day 11.

On a completely different topic - Is it sad & embarrassing that I'm kind of looking forward to watching the new Young Talent Time on TV?
